This is currently a very stressful time for everybody. Having to self isolate to keep ourselves safe is difficult when we’re used to popping out to town, catching up with family and friends and generally having the freedom to come and go as we please.
- Go out for our permitted daily walk/jog - you could also do a workout at home - encourage the children to join!!
- Enjoy the sun - take in the rays with a nice cold drink/play games with the children in the garden.
- Gardening - make use of this time by cutting the grass.
- Catch up with relatives via telephone or FaceTime - ask if they need shopping or prescriptions.
- Keep in touch with your neighbours - post your contact details through the letterbox incase they need you for anything.
