After initially marketing our property with a poor estate agent. We decided to market with LL Estates who have been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of selling our house. They were very informative, keeping us updated at all times and always answered our questions when our buyer ran into a few problems. The WhatsApp group is an amazing idea and worked really well during our sale. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. A special Thankyou to Mel who has been so patient with my endless questions during a stressful time. LL Estates is the premier Estate Agent in North Wales. Selling a house is not easy so you need all the help and support you can get. LL Estates provided this. They just don’t advertise and sit back. They are very proactive and the communication was excellent. You are appointed a personal agent to look after you. Ours was brilliant. They may be a little bit dearer than others but you do get your monies worth due to the amount of work they put in. They actually do work hard for you unlike other companies. If you want the best I highly recommend LL Estates.

Selling my house with LL Estates was a good experience, The team is incredibly professional polite and kept me fully updated through out the entire process I would like to thank Melanie who helped me so much and for being patient with me !! .we managed to secure a sale very quickly which was brilliant.
