Send in your prints and show your support for the chance to win a £25 high street voucher.
This week is children's mental health week and to show our support we are running a competition with the winner receiving a £25 high street voucher of choice.
All your child needs to do is trace their handprints, colour them in and send them to us. To make things easier with the restrictions you can even take a picture and email them over to, louise.young@llestates.co.uk
Alternatively, you can pop them through our letterbox at our High Street office in Rhuddlan. Although our offices are closed due to lockdown we are still picking up post daily.
We will be running the competition until Friday 12th February when a winner will be chosen.
Alongside the competition here are seven super tips on how you can help your little cherubs cope with the strains lockdown can place upon their young shoulders.
1) Listen – Ask them how they are feeling and listen to what they have to say.
2) Support – There have been difficult times for all children during lockdown, so remember a supportive word can go a long way.
3) Involve – Stay involved in what they are doing and show interest in their activities and opinions.
4) Serious – Show their feelings matter by taking what they say seriously.
5) Routine – Build and keep to a positive routine. Be that around bedtime, playtime or when home school starts.
6) Active – It’s very beneficial for children’s mental health for them to stay physically active.
7) Love – Remember this quote: ‘The child that has unconditional love has the greatest gift the world can offer.’
We hope you found those tips useful.
At LL Estates, we’re proud to support Children’s Mental Health Week.
