The Welsh Government has produced Coronavirus (COVID-19) guidance covering self-isolation, visiting a property, mental well-being, supporting tenants and business support.
The guidance outlines that the Welsh Government are working closely with the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) to ensure that the specific implications for agents and landlords in the private sector in Wales are taken into consideration.
The document is entitled Version 1 and the information is set to be updated as things develop.
The Welsh Government has also issued guidance to local authorities outlining that enforcement in the private rented sector should be focused on emergency situations.
